All explained very well, and sorted

Everything seems to be ok now, exept some bonus points I had earned in count down to Xmas have gone, as I had to swap card and account due to mine being hacked, but my missing 19000 points have been put on my new account.

Terrible customer service. Have not been able to log into my account to take advantage of offers for several months.

Will not accept my password tried numerous times to resolve this with the IT Team. Okay when they do it, then no show when I try.

Have done Online Chat, nothing that was promised was actually done. Have lost out on hundreds of points.Do not DoD

Disgusting company that offers you rewards for shopping then often doesn't add them and ignores you when trying to resolve it. I've shown them evidence and still they haven't given the points owed.

Avoid the stress of Nectar Clubcard; it's far better even if not great, at least you get what they offer. The customer service response on Resolver that they offer is terrible!

your online chat service is abysmal, very poor English speaking agents with very low ability to understand the simplest of questions !!.
Even your advertised email address for customer service doesn't exist
5 emails to " helpline@***.com" all bounce back !!!. what an absolute joke Nectar is.
